SWBC Partners with iink to Digitally Endorse Insurance Claim Checks
Accelerating Payouts for Homeowners
Tampa, FL (August 19, 2026) — SWBC, a diversified financial services company, announced a partnership with iink, a platform for streamlining property insurance claim payments. Through this collaboration, SWBC clients and their customers can digitally endorse insurance claim checks via iink's platform, eliminating physical mailing requirements.
Previously, homeowners needing mortgage servicer endorsement had to mail checks to SWBC processing centers through multiple handling steps. Now, homeowners can upload secure images of checks directly into iink for immediate digital endorsement on qualified checks. Early results show median processing times of approximately two days—a 12x to 20x improvement in efficiency.
The partnership delivers faster payouts within 1–3 days, reduced operational costs through automation, enhanced security via digital remittance, improved customer experience, and market leadership positioning.
“This partnership with SWBC is a giant leap toward our vision of eliminating the paper check from the insurance claims process entirely,” said Tom McGrath, co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of iink.
“Through our partnership with iink, we're modernizing a traditionally manual process, helping clients protect assets,” said Michelle Cesar, Senior Vice President of Insurance Operations for SWBC's Financial Institution Group.
